Ingredients
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 ready-made flat bread (or small Boboli whole-wheat pizza crust)
1/4 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained  (with chili peppers and onions)
3/4 cup pre-cooked diced mesquite flavored chicken
2 Tbsp sliced scallion
1 tsp diced cilantro
3 Tsbp grated, reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Spread the barbecue sauce on the flat bread.  Top with the remaining ingredients.  Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes.
