Ingredients
3 cups of mixed greens
2 slices deli smoked turkey lunch meat, chopped
1/2 chopped Granny Smith apple
2 Tbsp grated carrot
1 1/2 Tbsp Craisins (or regular dried cranberries)
1 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
Dressing:
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Prep Time: 6 minutes

Instructions
Very easy. Toss salad ingredients together in a bowl. Combine together ingredients for dressing, add to salad and toss a second time.
