Grilled Chicken Pita

Ingredients
1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
1/2 cup pre-cooked diced grilled chicken
1 whole wheat pita, sliced in half
1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
2 Tbsp diced cucumber
1 Tbsp low fat Ranch dressing
Prep Time: 6 minutes
Servings: 1

Instructions
In a microwavable bowl, stir together the barbecue sauce and chicken.  Microwave for 30 seconds on high or until hot.  Stuff the chicken into the bottom of each pita half.

In a bowl, toss the lettuce, cucumber and Ranch dressing together.  Stuff it into each pita half .
