Ingredients
1 large egg
1 cup low fat milk
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 Tbsp chopped pecans or almonds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1/2 banana, sliced
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
Prep Time: 6 minutes
Servings: 1

Instructions
In a microwavable bowl, beat the egg well and then add in the next six ingredients.  Still well and microwave for 2 minutes.  Remove the bowl from the microwave and let cool for for a minute or so.  Top with the sliced banana and yogurt and enjoy.
